This ring actually has my whole heart. I truly enjoy the use of classic folk-art themes, and animals are one of my favorite decorative elements to add in jewelry making. Although I have been sorely tempted to keep this for myself, I feel its home is elsewhere. I chose an American-Mined turquoise for this piece, which I found so important to maintaining what I wanted to convey, which is a gentle nod to Native American jewelry, combined with classic folk-art design.
